Accepted If you want to be the the leader of the DOTA division you have to be willing to take leadership, organize and most importantly play nice. Ill give you more of a trial leader status if you really want to lead this division. You will be upgraded to full leader status when I think a suitable amount of time has passed and you have shown you can do this.
