Bug/Issue Conflicting software causing crashing on startup

Hey,

After hours of troubleshooting (installing different frameworks, deleting startup preferences, deleting the game and verifying installation etc.) I have identified a problem.

This has been happening since launching from beta to current branch I've noticed that running 'RivaTuner Statistics Server' running in background is crashing the game after launching (from Steam at least). The program bundles at least with MSI Afterburner for enabling hardware statistics to be seen in-game. Also to be noted that the crash does not produce any kind of error log anywhere so it was quite hard to find.

The program has few application detection levels and only turning to 'None' keeps the game stable. Although this is not really a big issue as I have no need to keep the info-overlay on when playing Stardew Valley (no need to check for fps/temps).
