Comparing Frackin Universe settings with Vanilla settings

I just have a quick question about the Frackin Universe Mod (i love it) and that question is: is the Frackin Universe Casual and Survival settings the same and as the Vanilla Casual and Survival settings? I just started playing the mod and was wondering if anyone knew the question. Thanks in advance
