Bug/Issue Community Center menu bugged for non-host players

I cannot access all of the community center from my player menu when I am not in the community center. I can only access the crafts room, and it does not track completed bundles.

When I enter the community center, I can see all current progress accurately, and I can navigate all rooms via the player menu.

It is only when I am outside of the community center that this bug occurs.
