Bug/Issue Community Center cutscene broken? {fixed}

EDIT: I guess it was related to weather, I had to wait until I had a sunny day and it worked perfectly. Mods can delete if needed.

I completed the CC on the 1st day of year 3. Took my sunfish to the CC. When I went to bed, I saw the cutscene with the grandpa and that seems to have done something where I can't see the cutscene for the Community Center being completed. I went to Pierre's and it is still closing on Weds. The CC is fully completed, all the rooms are open, and the clock outside the building works perfectly, just seems like I am going to have to go this save file with Pierre's being closed on Wednesday.

Any ideas? Did I miss something simple?
