Community Center Cut Scene Won't Play and Other Issues (Xbox One)

Previous play throughs I had no problems playing the game. However recently I've been playing a new save and I started to notice the weather channel was stuck on the same report (same with fortune teller). Also some of the crops I'm growing,even though I'm watering all crops, they're stuck in the first stage of the growing cycle. Though the major issue is that the community center scene hadn't played. I'm halfway through spring year one, so this is preventing access to the center and meeting the wizard. I'd tried deleting all save files. When that didn't work I uninstalled then reinstalled the disk. This fixed the Tv channels but not the crops or the Center. Please help I love this game and I hate to stop because of this.
