Coming in tonights update

Well, this explains why i lost nearly 500mb of download. The game got an update. I had to turn off my pc for the night thanks to a storm, and now i need to start downloading again. I think i won't even be able to help the beta at this rate.

I can't believe i'm saying this, but the drm free version would be great right now - steam is trolling me.

 

Just disable steam updates for the game (in game properties) - then enable before you go to bed each day.

 

Guys i think you do a fantastic job. Other developers could learn from you how to start a beta right!

Nice changes in this update as far as i can read. Will test it as soon as my update is finished. Me and my GF would find it really great if you could trade things easier among players. Sometimes it get like this :"Hey, do you have Iron?" ... "I have 77 Bars, how much do you need?" ... "20" ... *Sorting stuff in inventory to get 20 bars in another iventory slot* ... *Then throws it onto the floor" ... *Item gets picked up again because she couldn't move fast enought away*. We always have to throw things around O.O ... In our main base, we drop them already in chests. But imagine this in caves in a 5 wide long room, sharing torches, food or bandages in a hurry ends up in completly chaos.

A Trade function would be GREAT or you could actually throw an item which you currently hold with E (or another button) when your cursor selects her (like using objects ... but instead that your current item got thrown to the selected character) ... This is our feedback and its already nice to hear whats new in this update. We alsoike the drop of Pixel prices ^^

 

I didn't even get the game YET. That's the game itself, not the update. I'll try disabling the updates now, so i get a version and make sure it is working. Thanks for the idea.

Just so you know, tho. I used around 16 hours to get those nearly 500mb, so if the whole game is updated every now and then instead of small updates, well... i'm boned.

Omfg so much time and pixels wasted by forgetting it's E to harvest crops not the axe or hoe or whatever. super close to fighting UFO, just need ONE more silver bar, and come on, I've gone so frigging deep I can't believe I haven't even found diamonds or platinum.

 

Hey have NPC quest been added to the game yet and also when will a better interaction system be added because I wanna actually talk to my NPC's T3T

I don't think diamond shows up until the Beta sector.. at least, I haven't found any - even when mining level 10 planets. I did find some quite quickly in beta on a level 12 planet though.

 

To be honest, there's not enough sacrifice in armour. Currently it beats out the silver tier of armour. Considering how hard Silver is to get that seems a bit silly. Sure, you'll need the silver armour to move on to what's beyond, but still, leather is much easier to get and the point was the you got warmth as a trade-off for armour so the winter set should probably be on tier with copper (or slightly better like for example the glitch Knave set).

 

Hopefully one of the bugs addressed is the 'Error loading asset' bug that appears when you fly to another planet.
