Closed Colony glitching after Glad Giraffe update

My game has been working fine for the past couple days I've been playing since the update, until last night after I built a good sized steamspring house (it's past the point that won't load) on my colony. After finishing it, and then going back to change some things my game would glitch after I try to break a certain block, then wouldn't let me interact with anything. So I would have to force close the game as it would not respond. Now today I get on and try again, and my colony won't load at all now. This is an old character from before the update, but I wouldn't think that should cause a problem? Here's what it looks like trying to load in:

After I get there I can't interact with anything. Can't open doors, talk to people or anything. And it's like this in both directions.
