Clothes, hair restriction

How does it work with the clothes? Is there a race/gender restriction for clothes and armor? For example, can I create a Novakid male and give use his clothes on my human female and vice versa? Also, I guess that every race has its own hair styles or something like that if not hair but what about genders? Like humans for example. and will it be possible to change my hairstyle in game?

 

What I know for a fact is that all clothes, including the ones you start with, works like a vanity armor (you can take it off and put them away and never use them ever again). I think you are able to switch clothes with players of other races to wear their clothes in the same way as you are able to wear different races armor.

 

Yeah, I've seen that everything except underwear works like a vanity item in live streams but I wanted to know if some of it is somehow restricted by gender or race.

 

Any playable species/gender can wear any clothing/armor in the game right now. There are sometimes visual differences for the same clothing/armor based on gender such as maybe for the female something is a dress while for the male that same armor is not a dress. But there's no limitations on equipping and the stats are all the same.

As for hair, we'll likely eventually let players change their hair in-game so you don't have to make a whole new character to get a new hairdo. It's not in the game right now but I know it's something we want to do.

 

Okay, and what about hair in character creation? Is it just like the character creator we have now on the forum with the different hair for each gender? Or are just some of them unisex if not all?

 

That is a simple but always forgotten addition that I appreciate also will names unlock armor like in the character creator on site?

 

But what about hair and helmets? I don't really want to wear tuxedo jacket and iron helmet together. All vanity sets have chest,legs and head parts,am I right?

 

No clue at this point I am sure some will.
