*CLOSED*After & Score Legal Office (Divorce Proceedings and Child Services)

Sorry for the absence all, some personal stuff has come up and rendered me pretty useless for the last month or so and I'll likely not be around for much in the near future. Really sorry for not saying anything when this all started but I've been coping the ways I know how and ironically, this thread is probably one of the last places I wanted to come to at the moment. As I'm sure some people will be intrigued enough to wonder but maybe not ask, my parents are apparently getting divorced (hurduritsfunnybecausedivorcethread) and it came as a bit of a shock so I've been dealing with that and consoling my mother etc. As it happens ConcernedApe has mentioned that he's adding in legit Divorce to the game at some point so I'm going to leave it to him from here on out. I really just need the time to myself.

I'm glad I was able to help out all the people I helped, and I'm truly sorry for the above that I didn't get around to dealing with. It's been a wild ride guys.

i hope everything goes well for you. i never used your services but i thought it was really nice you helped people out, as well as your threads with safe ways to backup your save files and etc.

This seems to happen randomly- people will get the dialogue asking about children, say yes, and nothing happens. It even happens with same-gender couples, so it may be a feature and not a bug. That said, if the lack of children is the issue and you think your file is bugged, you can always try support.

I've had a lot of time to sort things out both in my life and in my head, I'll be verrrrry busy come this time next month however I'm feeling much more positive about the future and if ConcernedApe gets his groove on hopefully I won't have to do this for that much longer anyway.

If anyone still needs a one-stop shop for their divorce needs then feel free to drop a message along with the two files from your save game folder and let me know whats up. Who you're divorcing + if you have kids and what to do with them.

• What is the reason for your considering divorce: I married Sebastian in my first save file, then started another one since I had a better grasp of the game. I ended up marrying Sam, thinking I wanted to try marrying someone else. But now I like this save file better and I'd like to be able to have married Sebastian.
