Do you have a Steam copy or a GOG copy? If you have a Steam copy, just click subscribe and it should download automatically.
My starbound on steam dosent want to start if i use through steam. im stuck playing it by manually finding the program, is there a way you can add a mirror download for the file?
Even so, the subscribe button should still work. Steam should handle the downloading automatically and Starbound should automatically detect it, even if you have to launch it manually.
