First of all, how the hell did Dio's blood bring Joseph back?!
Even assuming he had to willingly transform someone with 'vampiric essence' or similar, then I'd imagine it simply wouldn't have brought him back?
He wasn't exactly alive before that blood was stolen, if I recall...

I'm glad you asked this question That's actually a plothole, it makes no sense why Dio's blood brought Joseph back. But it's great to see him he's alive and well. Also I love that scene of OVA

I got ~30 hrs into Mass Effect 2 before getting annoyed with references to events that I don't get. So rather than continue to play as an amnesiac with decisions I don't like or remember making -because I didn't- affecting me, I decide to go back and play through Mass Effect 1.
