(Aldnoah.Zero was a really good anime. Would recommend. But there's a strange thing going on, I suspect Netflix glitched somehow. You see, the last episode... It didn't seem to have the cliff hangers. It's an anime, right? Where's the cliff hangers?)

I question if the person who wrote that anime addiction self help guide, has ever actually watched any anime, or been around any anime fans.

 

I read through the entire thing and trust me, the only thing Anime about the entire article is the art; everything else is just generic advice to get you away from your hobbies.

From what I have read so far, it is really insulting. It sounds like it was written by people who only watch those news broadcasts about how anime is satan.

 

The scary thing is that they have a section on how to dress like Luffy from one piece.
I can't say why but something is amiss.

How to make a nice rice dinner:

3. Throw away cooked food, order Pizza.
