I know I dip in and out of here in long intervals of hiatus, but I find that sometimes hugs from strangers are the most effective.
I recently went through/am going through a lot of difficult emotional processes, similar to what you described. I'm lonely, I'm inconfident in my decisions, and a lot of times that I try and seek help from my friends I feel like I end up getting them depressed or burned out as well. The simple fact is this: Everyone needs help sometimes. No one can do it alone. And the most important thing I learned from this ordeal is that the people who love you, the people who are really your friends, and the people who care about you will make time for you and think nothing of it. Hell, I'm practically a total stranger around here for how often I dip in and out—but I keep coming back because the people here really care. There are some real friends in this beautiful little microcosm corner of the internet, and that's amazing. Even if you don't feel like you want to burden anyone around here with troubles all about you, I personally don't want you to feel like help is off limits. There is nothing wrong with receiving help, and I will happily defend that ultimatum to the grave, and flame anyone who disagrees.
Never forget, there is always someone willing to care.

Recent events just keep me wanting to rip off my brain, cut it into pieces and then burn those pieces one by one, though.
Everything I do feels useless. All I do is complain and complain about my life and everyone gets uncomfortable and mad and I just want to fucking die.

Sometimes you just need to talk and be listened to. There's an app actually, that I downloaded recently called 7cups, which while not a substitute for professional help definitely helped to set me straight.
And honestly, everyone has those days. I'd be hard pressed to find anyone, even in here, who hasn't felt like you do at some point. Maybe some still do. Talking about these kinds of things can and will help you feel better. Just don't give up, and keep swimming

I'll persevere. I have been pushed SO hard recently and have not attempted suicide or anything harsh. So long as things I care about still exist, I'll try my best not to give up.
