And that's really the thing: asthma is a really strong allergic reaction to dust, animal hairs, allergies or stress. The treatment methods should be similar.

Also I'm curious to know, what did you use for your asthma? The drug names in Turkey might be different from drug names in the US, but I can try to guess what kind of med it is.

It should usually be a short term beta agonist such as albuterol, but if you're using long term treatments, inhaled corticosteroids is usually the way to go, though LABAs are taking over the market ATM.

 

I'm not sure what I used, but I used them for around a year or so, and there was only 1 inhaler and that was a purple circle thing but I can't remember it's name
I think it was around 6-7 years ago

It's Advair, which is fluticason (a corticosteroid) and salmeterol (a long lasting beta agonist). I would say you may be at a step 2-3 in the treatment plan; it's probably because you had more than 2 symptoms a week, more than 1 nighttime awakenings per month, or more than 2 uses of albuterol per week (Not the last one since I know you didn't use albuterol). It's actually pretty cool to see this used in real life; I think they should have stepped you down to short acting inhalers before removing it completely, but since you got better, this is good too.

 

Oh yeah it was this one I had asthma-like crisises all the time, I'd wake up at nights sweating and trying to breath and after this they stopped
Oh and after this, like after 2 years, I had to have some allergy-shots too, for around 2 or 3 years because I was getting sick so frequently

 

I think you may be a step three in the treatment regimen, since this is usually indicated for 3-4 nighttime awakenings per month, or if more than once a week: anymore and you'll have to be on around 10 days of oral corticosteroids and that's really going to mess you up if in Turkey they continues it after 10 days.

This is pretty neat. I'm glad to see my classes paying off right now. The drugs are kinda tough, but the knowledge is good.
