Thought of a campaign plan, but a city sounds even more bizarre. I like it.
You can name something (like towns) using words like Peruka (wig), Handel (trade) or Kiełbasa (self-explanatory).

Hmm, mapping out what sorts of things might happen, what directions I could take this story...
You guys are in a flying skycity over a lake on the west side of the known world, what do you want and what do you do?
(I've so far only got two split to four possible paths for this story.)

 

As someone thats DM'd alot, you should just stop trying to figure out all the paths. because i guarantee your players will find something that you never thought about. A good DM knows how to be flexible with the players actions. And sometimes your perfect meticulously designed campaign can end up with your players joining the enemy side and setting fire to the village they vowed to protect! xD

Dont get me wrong though, im sure a basic foundation of world map would be nice, but for the most part, you could just make it up as you go. I mean this is a fantasy realm so go crazy with it!

 

More just getting ideas of what's going on in the world. There's kind of entire areas now where nothing's happening. My plans at this point are quite simple.
If they want to find someone, then there is someone on this island. If they fail at trying to find that person, then they think that person's likely here. This could either be them wanting someone specific or them wanting to find where people are going when they go missing around these parts.

That's not a plan of action, that's a plan of attack... Who exactly do you want to attack so I can get some ideas?

 

a dragon! a red one! eat its heart, steal its fire! dragonfire to purify the body and soul! become more powerful!

 

Dragons. Got it. Also adding a "Here there by dragons" area to one of my maps. (Maybe to encourage them towards a magical area, it would be great if I could get them to get Mistborn powers.)

By the way, the flying city. What do you guys think, should it be that the locals made the city do all that and arrange for how it functions, that the locals set it on a path and it kind of just loops, or that one day the locals noticed that their town was leaving them, so they followed it onto the water until the town got bored and started flying? (Do the locals still control it, are unable to change the current course, or were never able to change it to begin with?)

 

I wanna go full mage without it sucking ass. But i also dont want a mod that uses OP spells, or uses an overly tedious system to get/craft/learn/use said spells.

 

they think they can control it, but they can't. it just goes with what they want because it feels like it.

 

Perkus Maximus adds that you can learn spells by using perk points, a fair number of the perks also give you a spell, but that adds a limited number of spells like that, and it's a bit random. Personally I found that Perkus Maximus and Apocalypse Spells works out well for being fairly balanced. You could also get Sacrosanct for a vampire mage to be more interesting, starting with a drain life spell.
Although, this mod also looks interesting.

DM is like 10% preperation, 90% bullshitting.

Maybe you take everyone's ideas plus a few of your own, roll and die and pick using that?

 

I'll have to look at those two, and if you try out that mod (or someone else has) let me know how that handled.

Oh also. Im planning on using skyrim enhanced.. i mean its in my damn library and ive never once installed it so.. i mean.. why not i guess. Hows that work with mods though. Ive heard some mods suck at converting to it while others convert to it effortlessly


I have to be honest though, both factions (vampires and werewolves) suck ass too. i hated both sides with a burning passion for one reason or another.. but i also disliked the aspects that went with them(like becoming an OP wolf thing, or a wimpy vampire ). Also becoming a wolf thing is against my nature. Im a cat thank you. Meow meow.

 

What I'm doing right now is building up a world. The plan is that when they ask what to do, they'll likely go check rumors. Or they'll check a bounty board. They could also have some backstory if anyone wants, which gives them quest hooks I can use.
The point of my world building though it just so that if they suddenly say "We're hunting bandits" I can say "They're right over here good sirs, kill them all." rather than "Where would bandits hide out here, anyway?"
It also means that if they go for rumors, I can say "There's people missing, there's bandits, there's rumors that these unexplored areas on your maps are able to grant wishes, where do you want to go?" rather than "You learn that you can get a wish. Go north."
(And by the way, about the most depth I'm going is getting is what I've said already, and I'm making a bit of a map of what lives where, a small list of places they could explore, and a political map. Which might just turn into a map of towns, depending on if I think up a reason/way the PCs might want to join a war.

I don't have Skyrim Special Edition, so I can't tell you.
I can tell you that both the vampire lords and werewolves are really really ugly. The only solution is to mod normal vampires to be awesome. Which Sacrosanct does pretty fairly, you can make your vampire awesome over time. One of the quests asks you to drink the blood of the jarls or kings of skyrim for stuff, (I haven't done that yet, I don't know what you get.) to become more powerful, I figure there might be more quests along those lines to become powerful.

I noticed a few of these were kinda odd, mainly cards 17 and 19 when I first saw them. Some others took a bit longer but I'm really surprised by how well each of the cards matches their inspiration.
I really love so much about this game, even though it was like 120 hours for me to beat I still wanted to play more.

 

What remains of the one known as Aaron Swope. And who is that mysterious man? What does he have to do with Arashi?
