You can use the green gun and the block destruction ability to destroy the red blocks leading to the end (they're at "A Jump Too Far", I think?) and then you need to get some blocks (at least one, but it's better with more) past the disintegration field by abusing the fact that the game lags when you alt+tab
Also the black gun you get when you start absorbing the anticube has all the abilities of the red gun, without needing to actually get the red gun

I had yellow gun when entered the final chamber, but haven't finished it. ;_; at least yet
I couldn't find the red one anyway.
