You know, I thought we were having rib last night, but we used the ribs to make soup instead. The shame, shame.

 

Makes me think now. Why frog sound is written like "ribbit"?
Also boiled meat healthier than fried, so it's even better.

 

Ribs in soup?
Usually my family only puts really tough, kinda low quality meat in soups.

Its an onomatopoeia, and at least to me, an accurate one at that.
No seriously though, other than a cow going "moo" its the most accurate animal noise I can think of.

 

High quality soups demand sacrifices. Also demons do.

It was meant as a joke, implying that all frogs are chefs and cook ribs in their free time. :^)

 

I still think that serving the ribs along the soup would be a better use of them.

 

That's also a valid point. I'd eat some ribs...

 

Ya but I like it better with sugared vinegar. It really brings out the meat.

My favorite soup is stewed bone soup. You just toss three pig femur or 1 cow femur into the soup, add some salt, potatos and maybe some other vegetables, and stew it for 4 hours. The soup is delicious.

 

So basically... you get a rib bit.
