Tested restaurants are the key, of course.
But I usually eat the rolled ones, they have the perfect balance of tastes without excessive fat.
Plate kebabos are usually bad here, with more fat-dripping fries than meat.

 

As long as you mean the wrapped kebabos and not in buns. :^)
