Chucklefish should really nerf flying creatures and boost armor...

    I have just crafted Knight set for my glitch. It's tier 3 racial armor made out of titanium. Yet flying creatures on tier 3 planets almost always kill me with two, sometimes even with one shot. Walking aliens need four hits to take me down.

    The difficulty level isn't "hard" it's freaking frustrating.

    I agree, flying creatures do so much more damage for some reason. Just looking at an apex living area I can see that the roofs have apex dying in 2 hits.
    Also, breath attacks and the poison from the thing which emits a random gas when you activate it are able to kill you in one go, even on the first planet.

    They're just acting weird. Its their bizarre special abilities that they "cast" that are doing absurd damage. Ground-based casters yield similar results when used against you.

    I think that those kind of abilities are just sort of there, and totally untuned and do raw damage that ignores any defense.
