Bug/Issue Cheese not aging

    I've had cheese in the casks in my basement for several seasons and none of them are aging. The majority of casks are filled with cheese, and I've noticed the stars reverting back to a blank cask, when they should be Iridium. In the meantime though, I've aged multiple bottles of wine to Iridium quality.

    Operating System: Windows 10. Game downloaded from GOG.com, updated to 1.3 and using Beta channel, no mods.

        I've been unable to reproduce this bug. Would you be able to send your save file, in case there's something in it that's causing the bug?
