Closed Cheatsy buggy metal crates

I stumbled across some regular smaller metal crates in my game, I never really used them before but I thought they fit nicely in my base so I took them, when I placed them, I found out there was some randomly generated stuff inside like ropes, pixels and other things, so I tried to destroy them and place them again. I find it quite funny, its not really game breaking bug but still.

 

I remember this happening a while back with regular chests (they hot-fixed it immediately). It has to do with the loot tables associated to that box normally. Is this in the 'stable', 'unstable' or 'nightly' branch?
