Closed Character wiped

Logged on today after the update that said there would be no character wipes and mine was wiped. What gives?

 

That is the same with me man there is going to be things that are going to happen that may be unexpected. This is beta you know. They even said don't get too attached to your things.

 

My characters didint get wiped. This seems to be an isolated case for you. Dont know how to help, sorry.


edit: Check if your character files are STILL in their folder!

did you make a character since the update that DID wipe characters?...

 

I just now made another character after i wrote my original post.

 

And it got wiped? Or...? Do you mean your character that you HAD BEFORE 12/9 got wiped? This doesent help.

 

I mean the update before this one. There was a character wipe in that one, when they change damage/levels. This most recent one - that did NOT wipe characters - was just to fix stuff in it.

 

Yeahyeahyeahyeah i was talking to him about his character. I'm aware, if they wiped JUST NOW i'd be a little upset (I know,dont get attatched but still :c), having gotten past Impervium allready.

 

Ok guys my fault sorry, i haven't played in a couple days due to work/school and i didn't see the other update.

I just logged in and my character seems to be gone. It is the original character that I created last weekend and had played with for about 50 hrs. Is there any way to recover it? I understand it's beta and was warned of this, I'm happy to start a new one.

 

There no way to recover it, in beta it is need to be done to see rebalance and also for no corrupting your game.
