Character sprite assembler- Is there one?

I didn't want to post this in Mods under Tools, because this thread doesn't have one. I want to ask if anyone has made a tool like Minecraft's SkinEdit tool, that I can use to test my sprites in various poses without having to boot my game. It takes a while, and I have a lot of characters due to being a roleplayer, and the game lags a lot as I make my way down to the New Character button.

 

Honestly. there used to be 2 of them
One was called Something like Starbound Character editor Or SBCE or something
then there were the one people also used. called STAR CHEAT.
I went and looked for starcheat.
