Finished Elliott!



A lot of people asked for the older style sprite, where he was more of a traditional bishonen character, but I kind of like his newer portrait style, and how he's one of the only older-looking romancable characters. So I decided to compromise - He's still more of a Fabio than a bishi, but I reduced his chin and his nose to make him look younger. After I've finished all of the characters once, I may do a variant of him as a prettier boy.

 

Ee! I really love this! I understand why you wanted to base your work on the newer portrait - he adds a variety to the bachelors when he's slightly older. Your take on his new style actually gets rid of a lot of the problems I had with his current portrait - he looks older but still closer to a writer than a model. I feel like in his vanilla art he looks like he'd be on the front of the book rather than writing it.

I will definitely be using this portrait but I do look forward to a variant version if you decide to do one in the future. I'm also looking forward to the other bachelors. Love this series!!

I just wanted to say thank you for making and sharing these! They look really great, match the style of the game and all the characters look really fitting so far (and so much better!) I also really like the way you've done the hair, it just looks so much smoother and not "chunky" like the originals. I absolutely love them and can't wait to see the rest - keep up the great work!

 

I second Rheatheylia, I wasn't interested in portrait mods because I want all of the game to "fit" together, but these are super cute and not too far off from the actual art style! Will definitely be using these when you're finished
