Character gets stuck after using Spike Sphere

• What happened?

My character keeps getting stuck after transforming from Spike Sphere into normal form. So, it looks like that:

I've been experiencing this issue for quite a while, but back then it occured really rarely and didn't bother me much. Now it happens several times a day. It may happen in all kinds of locations, and only teleportation helps (or suicide lol). Reentering the game doesn't. Deleting blocks around doesn't.

• My operating system name and version: Windows 7 Professional (32-bit)

• The game doesn't crash.

As I'm concerned, my case is not unique and I'm very sorry if there's a ready-made solution for my problem. I would apprectiate any advice and help.

UP I've deleted all the mods but the one with Russian Translation, though I can't yet say for sure that it has solved the problem.
