Character Customizations : Vanity Items

Sup,

I was looking into the forum but I've not found what i needed... So the simple question is :

We will able to wear Vanity Items above the current Armor Set ? Like in terraria, there are 2 spots with 3 squares to put there the Armor ( and have all the bonuses ) and the other 3 dedicated to the Vanity ( no bonuses )

I've checked also this screen :



There are 2 columns and above those 2 there is " Armor " - one column then is for the Vanity ? Or this is a pre-build / old picture of the character UI ?

 

Recolouring options AND vanity features, I'm going to be soooooooo pretty!!

 

The symbols right next to the armor-slots are indeed the same kind of slots that were used in Terraria. By putting wearable items in these slots you can change your appearance, but your actual armorbonus won't stack with the additional clothing you put in the eye-marked-slot.

I may be wrong but I think we have an entire panel (just like the armor screen) for wearing vanity items. I'm pretty sure they stack over the armour for epicness.

 

I hope they gonna add the Familiar set like in Terraria or at least an option Show your armor or not I want people to see my head

 

Mm yes, I'd really want to see vanity item's being used.. I was quite handsom chap on terraria. Can't seem to find that character anymore, thought.

Wanting to be able to keep some sort of naval uniform, throughout the whole game... that and keep my helmet off at all possible intervals

 

I'm 98.35% sure it was confirmed ages ago that we will be getting vanity gear for those slots.

Not so long registered in the forums, nor I've missed that thread or confirmation for the Vanity Items in the dedicated slots

I'm far too obsessed with character vanity so I feel it will be a large amount of my time spent customising the appearance.

I don't wanna seem knowledgeable on this or anything, but that symbol next to all of the armor equipment slots looks a lot like an "eyeball", and each equipable "appearance" slot has one, so I'm gonna take an educated guess and hypothesize that the eyeball slots are for vanity armor.
