Character Creation?

    Hey guys.

    Does anyone know if you create the Character you play?
    As in, not exactly, pixel by pixel, but changing clothes, hair-style, skin tone, ya di da.

    Sorry if I've overlooked something.

    Yes its been stated in the IRC several times that you create your own player.
