I been trying to figure this out for a while but sometimes when you take a quest that "Tenants ask to kill a certain NPC" with my current levelingmultipler functions patch it makes their HP too high to impossible so im wondering if their is a way to lower the HP for certain enemies that spawn for certain quests. like outlaws or criminals that Tenants tell you to take out?
