I think it would be a nice addition to be able to update the appearance of cabins on your property that someone is already living in. I made a game to play with friends and the starting cabin is just the log one but I wish it had the stone cabin appearance but there isn't a way to change that unless i destroy the cabin which would remove my friend from the game and he'd have to make a character all over again.
