Seriously guys? What the hell made you think this hotbar change was a good idea? I can't stand a hotbar that forces me to only have 6 real slots, and the way it's designed I can't switch to what I need on the fly nearly as easily as before. The 1h/2h thing is bull, the loss of FOUR shortcuts means I have to rebind half my slots just to have my usual setup, and even then it would screw me over more when I toggled between the two layers, I'm forced to pick between having a good setup and actually having something to DEFEND myself with, when before I could always have a weapon out via an L or R slot, items in the slots still take up inventory space, meaning I can't even use it as storage as needed anymore... It's a massively bad change all around- there was no reason to change it, it worked well before and didn't need fixing. Now I'm stuck dying repeatedly because I'm in the habit of hitting 8 to pull out a healing item and can't do that anymore because it's unbound, as well as being forced to waste half my slots on the same dang weapons. What the hell, guys.
Agreed. The last thing I expected when coming back after a year and a half for final release was the hotbar being LESS useful.
