RP Cerci Vacation Colony

One of the guards notices the unease on Jackdaw's face

" Haha, that's how everyone is the first time here. Its just standard procedure. "

 

Sucrose follows, looking around as she goes - there's so much to see already.

 

As the group passes through the gate, you see a man wearing a white suit with a blue tie, he beckons you over

 

In a curt tone, Jackdaw asked of the white suited man, "Are you the guide?"

 

Taylor approaches the beckoning man, holding her holopad to her chest.

 

On closer inspection, The group notices the man has a head of slicked back coal colored hair which is accompanied by a set of ruby red eyes.

" Yes sir, I am your guide.

The man does a slight bravado with his hands, you notice that the index and middle finger seem to be implants

" Earnest Cerci at your service! "

 

*Almost immediately does not like this man, and files his name away for later* "It's a pleasure!"

 

"Well, I guess since you share the name with the colony, you must also be lord of the manor." Jackdaw frowned at this revelation.

 

Earnest extends his hand to Xenon and shakes it with a firm grasp

" Let me guess... Your Xenon, Your friend there is Sucrose.... You must be Jackdaw and you must be Taylor! "

Earnest goes around the group, shaking everyones hand, he replies to Jackdaw's comment

" Not exactly... My grandfather still runs the company, I am the sole heir. "

 

"H-hi, yes i am Taylor." she responds.

 

Refusing to shake hands, Jackdaw mumbled, "Sole heir? hm." Not interested in getting involved in family matters, he decided to not press the issue.

 

" Please follow me, I will show you to your rooms. "

Earnest leads you down a hallway, once you emerge from the other side, you see...this

 

" Just follow me, We take all the chances we can to show of our scenery! "

 

"You know my name?" Sucrose asks in surprise, forgetting that she'd received an invitation with her name on it before.

 

*He wordlessly follows, his paranoia acting up again*

 

" Yes ma'am, I was informed of your names an hour before your arrival... "

 

As Earnest leads them along the coast to their rooms, an orbide walks up and another one...and another....and........another....This seems worrying

 

*He stops* "By whom, if I may ask?"

 

" My grandfather. "

 

*He twitches nervously at the Orbide, and seriously hopes this is just another moment of his* "S-so how did HE know our names?"
