RP Cerci Vacation Colony

Jackdaw scoffed. "Ark? Seriously? I've heard legends, none of them substantial." He tossed the folder back on the desk before making his way to the lab.

 

*Xenon pockets the Family folder as well. He figures he can investigate more in depth later*

 

*he eyes the remaining folder* "Guess I have a slot to spare...." *Another swipe and into his coat it goes*

 

" Ready to go guys? "

Earnest smiles at the group.

 

"As long as we're going anywhere but here." Jackdaw stated, looking impatient.

 

*He nods solemnly in agreement*

 

"S*&% I IMMEDIATELY REGRET THIS DECISION" Taylor shouts, trying to grab on to a ladder or something.

 

Their is nothing for Taylor to grab onto... everything goes black.....

Taylor wakes up, everything blurry....

 

Taylor tries to figure out what happened and why she blacked out.

 

Earnest walks out of the room, and towards the lift....the lab is right beside you...

Taylor wakes up on the cold metal floor, if she were to look around she would notice Priscilla laying on the floor as well

 

Jackdaw peeked into the lab as they passed by it, mainly to make sure there wasn't some kind of trouble waiting in the wing.

 

Looking around, Taylor sees Priscilla on the floor. Taylor must have fainted during the fall. "How far did we fall anyway?" she thinks, looking upwards.

 

Taylor also notices a puddle of pale...pinkish....avail blood pooling around Priscillas head.

Jackdaw notices "something" in the corner of the lab....It turns and looks at him, It seems to be some Eldritch horror... It runs towards Jackdaw's peeping face.

 

"Oh, kluex..." Taylor says.
Bending down, she asks "Are you okay?!" to Priscilla.

 

Jackdaw stumbled back as he drew his pistol and opened fire, shouting "Incoming!"

 

The shots don't faze the "horror" it keeps barreling towards Jackdaw.

Taylor notices that Priscilla is bleeding from right above her right eye...

 

Jackdaw fired intill his pistols magazine was empty, before pulling out his knife. He unfolded the knife with a quick motion and held it in an icepick grip in front of his face, pointed toward the incoming horror.

 

The creature knocks Jacldaw to the ground, its gaping maw right in front of his face

Priscilla doesn't respond. When Taylor looks up, all she knows is the should have gone "splat"

 

"What IS THIS THING? Get it off me!" Jackdaw struggled, attempting to stab it with his knife or kick it off him, if that failed.

 

The knife plants itself in its neck....before being absorbed into its body.

The creature is cut in half by Earnest's disc-weapon right after it absorbs the knife.

The creature fizzles into dust after this.
