Human Empire was falling. UN Forces were taking the citizens on the Starships for evacuation from Earth. Because of the suddenness of the situation nearly 80% of Earth population were killed. In deep space, billions of kilometers away from home, people were making colonies on planets and starships.After finding the new species, the human race was filled with knowledge and new technology.But this technology needed research.Head of Human Empire, who's personality was keeped in secret, made an order to create a special secret agency, named CHARLIE. Survived former USMC Soldiers, SFOD-D Soldiers, FSB Agents, NASA Scientists and SETI Scientists were secretly sent to diffirent planets for research.Why it is so secret? Research projects are secret, the truth about research project could be bitter for the human society. The story begins in Charlie Team 9 crew. After losing connection with Human Empire Fleet Charlie 9 lands on a nearest planet to attempt to reestablish signal with the Fleet. Complete failure. The FTL Human Empire Fleet beacon was not appearing on the galaxy map either.Flouncing around the universe for months led the crew to the understanding of the situation. The Charlie 9 crew was starving.They landed on a unknown planet. The crew called this planet a "The Asylum". The last decrypted message from the Human Empire Fleet was: Take Home Back 1. Respect anyone in the clan. If you're 18 years old, and you are talking with a 13 year old while Out Of Character, please, be respectful and understandable to anyone who is younger than you.Basicaly, don't be an arse do your clanmates.Breaking this rule = A warning.2. No racism. Do not be racist. If you don't want to play with a clan member because of his nationality or skin color - I am sorry for you, but this clan is no place for you. Breaking this rule = Ban from our clan.3. Be adequate. We don't appretiate childlike behaviour. If your role is Assault, and you are running around in the main HQ without a sheathed weapon and shooting around with your rifle screaming "LEL SUCK DICKS FAGETS" you are going to beBanned from the clan.4. RolePlay as good as you can. Don't ignore pain, don't do unreasonable things. When you're in a serious PvE fight, or PvP don't ignore fear of getting killed In Character. When disconnecting, you have to tell why to a Commander in Out Of Character. Because of the game's big potential, we have managed to think about 4 subdivisions and many diffirent specializations. You can see them on the specializations sheet, and learn about them a little more right here. INITIATE - as an Initiate you will recieve an easy mission, research/security/engineer type. You can select which mission you want to complete. After completing a mission of acertain type you will be requested to join any type of subdivision in the Agency. Security Subdivision Tier 1 Fleet Recruit - Fleet Recruit's task is to complete easy missions and assigments and learn the codex. After the trial, he can select 3 diffirent specializations to join. Assault - First specialization to select after Fleet Recruit. Assault Troopers specializes on ssault rifles, shotguns, explosives and wear medium armor, while completing semi-medium tasks and operations. Scout - Second specialization to select after Fleet Recruit. Scout's job is to support security crew and scout the planet or area on semi-medium operations. Scout specializes on Sniper Rifles, Pistols and light armor. Palladin - Third specialization to select after Fleet Recruit. Palladin protects Agency's honor. His job is to assist Assault crew in semi-medium tasks and operations. He specializes on light machine guns, rocket launchers and enchanted heavy armor. Tier 2 Fast Response Team Officer - FRT Officer specializes on immediate task completion that are hard and occur in extremely hard conditioned planets. A FRT Squad consists of 4 highly-trained soldiers that are ready for everything, everytime. FRT Officer specializes on sub-machine guns, pistols and medium armor. Shadow Soldier - Shadow Soldier is a quick and feather-like warrior that works in hit-and-run missions, assassination missions and take-and-bring operations. He specializes on melee weapons, silenced sub-machine guns, C4 and enchanted light armor. Mech Operator - Mech Operator is a universal heavy brutal soldier that relies on Mechs in extraordinary operations, like mass elimination. If the Mech was heavily damaged, Mech Operator has to jump out and rely on heavy energy guns, rapid rocket launchers and enchanted heavy armor. Warden - This specialization is simple. The Warden keeps the weapon stash and extremely rare goods stash safe. If you wish to recieve some goods or a weapon just ask a Warden for it. Warden's weapons are pistols and melees. Research Subdivision Tier 1 Novice Scientist - Novice Scientists do the easiest job. For a promotion to Biologist, Technologist or Chemist he has to log and provide a report about a creature on The Asylum that consists of : Name of the creature, it's behaviour towards humanoids and name of the planet its from. Biologist - First specialization to select after Novice Scientist. Biologist are a mastermind of plants, biomes, creatures. You research creatures, plants and even biomes. Some of the crewmembers would like to ask you "Is Cutecreature from Alpha - 1 aggresive, or not?" before operations or planetary research. Biologists are very important for us. Technologist - Second specialization to select after Novice Scientist. Technologist is an expert in technology, obviously. Technologist calibrates and creates gear with enchantements and statistics and crafts weapons that are requested by a soldier to fit him in the fight. Chemist - Third specialization to select after Novice Scientist. Basicaly, Chemist makes meth potions, stimulators and drinks for the crew. Chemist is not a bartender, keep it in mind. Specific potions could be crafted after granting a permission. Making potions without a special permission would be reviewed as a contraband. In Character, of course. Tier 2 Astronom - Astronom knows everything about stars. He knows where does certain creatures or species, NPC villages or dungeons lay. Without an astronom research subdivision's effectivity is very low. Speleologist - Speleolog is a scientist that researches caves and dungeos. Speleologist can predict which move in a cave won't let the whole cave fall. Basicaly, he organizes excavation expeditions in caves. Planetary Engineer - Planetary engineering is a really hard specialization. Planetary Engineer works with planets, its gravity, number of it's moons, its atmosphere. Agency may ask a Planetary Engineer to provide terraforming on some planets that will be suitable for living for humanoids after terraforming. Planetary Engineering is a hard and precise work. A Planetary Engineer have to make sure that creatures and other living things are not killed while terraforming the planet. Engineering Subdivision Tier 1 Newbie Engineer - Newbie Engineer's task is to assist any other enigneers. For a higher promotion he has to complete an engineering task that is provided by a Commander or a Chief Engineer. Builder - A builder is one of the most important specialization in Agency. It is obvious that he provides building on certain planets, or The Asylum Excavator - Excavator always has sunglasses, because he nearly lives in the caves. Excavator's job is to dig ores, clear fossils, dig caves and do other stuff like digging. Maintenance - Maintenance Engineer's job is to keep things running. If there are problems with electricity, some laboratory equipment is needed or a Transport Engineer needs fuel for fueling the main starship Maintenance Engineer are always there for bringing engineering supplies and setting every electric appointment up. Tier 2 Transport Engineer - Transport Engineer is a mastermind of any mechanical man-made object there is. The main task for Transport Engineer is to provide fuel for the starship and make vehicles for the crew. If some vehicle is broken Transport Engineer is always there to fix it. Exctraction Gatherer - Basicaly, Exctraction Gatherer has a big capacity backpack for looting goods from chests and bringing the loot back to The Asylum or any other outposts out there on diffirent planets. Commander might ask the Exctraction Gatherer to join Assault group on specific operations to collect big loot that Security force won't be able to bring back to The Asylum alone. Base Architector - Base Architector is more like a nex-gen builder with a lot of abilities. He works on every surface, from water to caves, he works on HQ protection, builds powerful outposts and upgrades the main starship. Commander could ask Base Architector to build some massive research laboratory or something like big barracks. Something massive. Command Subdivision Tier 1 Guardian - Guardians are true highly-trained security protect Agency and it's allies, bearing codex in their minds. They are professional strategical warfighters, bringing fear to everyone who dare to look in their eyes on the battlefield. They handle any kind of weapon there is. From energy nail gun to silenced Magnum .44 with slow projectiles. Guardians rely on energy high-level gear and their specially customized assault rifles. Honor and courage are Guardian's companions. Professor - He was researching the universe and it's diffirent environments for a long time, and you won't call that kind of person "a scientist". Professors are the kind of people that know nearly everything about the universe. Like lecturers, they give advices and lessons to the crew and provide more exact information about the universe to everyone who asks for it. The most respect goes to the Professor because of his kindful and extremely useful advices. Wisdom and knowledge are professor's companions. Intendant - After understanding the logic of distribution, an Intendant was born. Intendant is the one that who distributes literally everything that there is in the Agency's storage. From blocks to to miscellaneous objects. A nice paperwork and working with people are guaranted. If some specific uncommon goods that are not usually used in normal circumstances are needed, you have to ask Intendant. Social skills and diligence are intendant's companions. Tier 2 Head Of Security - Through tough fights and unimaginable fear of death a Guardian will be hardened enough to become a Head Of Security. Head Of Security controls and looks after all of Security Force. Basicaly, he sits in his office, works with the papers, conducts special operations, sets up planet defence and trains all of Security Force. Strategic thinking and fidelity are Head Of Security's companions. Chief Engineer - Working hard, bearing loyality and dedication to the Agency, after weeks of difficult paper and industrial work an Intendant will be promoted to a Chief Engineer. Chief Engineer's assignment is to keep the whole Agency's system running and be sure it is workable. His main task is supervision of the technical condition of the Agency's system by commanding the engineers and Engineer Subdivision. If something goes wrong, Chief Engineer has to report to a Commander and send a repair brigade to a certain destination. Considerateness and distinctiveness are Chief Engineer's companions. Research Director - If a Professor is the wisest, a Research Director is the smartest. Main task of Research Director is guidance on research projects. To keep the progress up Research Director has to communicate with the Research Division, test new project and, obviously, command the Research Division. Also, he sets up new projects to complete. Creativity and activity are his companions. Commander - In short, a clan leader. As you can see on the sheet, a legit In Game promotion to a Commander is avaiable, but only by a Corp Leader can promote an Agency Member. If there are 2 Commanders, one Corp Leader and one Agency Member, Agency Member can not promote crew members to a Commander. Only a Corp Leader can do it.
