cell caves in pleased giraffe?

can anyone tell me what biome or star or planet or all three cell caves spawn in? im wanting to get my hands on some cell matter(not to be confused with cell materia) aswell as some cell furniture. if anyone can help id be most grateful.

 

Radioactive stars, Toxic Ocean planets, beneath the ocean floor. The antidote was changed to work for a couple of minutes instead of 30 seconds, so it should be more viable to establish a mine underwater with some doors to keep out the toxic ocean water with only the use of one or two of them and the liquid upgrade for the Matter Manipulator to suck up the remaining liquid.

Do note that Cell caverns look similar to Flesh caverns now, so while you might see flesh background/foreground blocks, you can tell by the poison water, chests, and the blue and white floor structures that give you cell matter when broken. The floor covering is also blue instead of pink.
