Closed Can't use capture pods on critters ?

    Alright, so, i don't think this was removed...
    Basically i was trying to capture a cute small crocodile, but i couldn't. Instead of making the round particle effect to say i couldn't capture it, the capture pod just dropped to the ground like if i threw it at nothing ! Of course, i tried multiple times, and, it still didn't work.

    So, did that change recently ? Am i having a bug ? Am i doing it wrong ? Please send help... I want this baby crocodile...

    Sadly, now thoose pods are used to catch "big" creatures like Poptop, Capricoat, Orbid and so on.

    Oh... Sad indeed. Well i guess i can abandon this croc then.
    I hope there will be a way to catch critters again.

    They are still captureable, I checked their monstertype files (there's 131 critters total, yikes), and your croc is still tameable. It's just that for some reason, capture pods miss half the time. It took me 20~ tries to catch a Spookit, for example. Their hitbox is large (usually bigger than the sprite), but for some reason the capture pod misses the hitbox when thrown. Type /debug before throwing it, and you'll see what I mean.

    My solution was to throw the capture pod upwards, and hope it landed on the monster.
