Can't upgrade tools

    Hi. I can't upgrade any of my tools. If i want to to upgrade my tools at Black Smith's I can't choose any of my tools to upgrade. Menu says "Everything is sold out" even i have money and 5 (maybe more) copper bar.

    I have vers 1.07
