Can't teleport down to planet

I don't think so, a lot of people have this problem after the newest update. I think the worst thing that could of happened is that you lost a little progress.
Just keep beaming and beaming and beaming..

hmm yes, that planet become hard to beam to but still viable.. and i dont see anything corrupted xD ... was afraid, cause minecraft for months (or years) corrupt save files when it unexpectedly shutted down (lights out).

Have the same problem, after several attempts and a few save and quits I usually can manage to beam down. But it is frustrating to say the least.

 

The reason for this, is Starbound is still generating the world when you near the planet. If you try to beam down it kicks you off because it has yet to finish. Wait a few minutes then try again.

I'm having the same thing, though I've never had to do it more than 3-5 times.

 

The trick is to not step on your teleporter. That works for me everytime. When you "E" the teleporter, don't stand on it. Or simply click on the teleport down button at the edge of the screen.

 

Rarely have this issue with multiplayer.

 

Pressing the beam down button on the top right while away from the teleporter works as well.

 

Same problem for me - and yes, the workaround works. Took me 4 times to finally land on planet.

Please don't necro threads... Not to mention your post gives literally zero information that could be used to determine the source of your problem.
