can't seem to find a list of keybind commands.

Looking for the keybind to make it so you can craft backgrounds

 

there isn't one, thats sorta a large problem for me currently.

 

I'd be happy if I could find a keybind for teleporting to and from the ship.

 

stand on the teleport pad, hit teleport icon in menu on the right side of the screen, or 'E', which is your general 'use / activate / inspect' etc, key.

 

I'm referring to being on a planet's surface and desiring to beam back up to the ship. Currently, I only know of clicking the icon to beam back up.

 

Press "L" to bring up your codex menu, then click "Control Yourself" click through the codex and it tells you the keybindings. currently you can't change them.

 

I was pretty sure i saw a twitch livestream in the last day of a player making somehow changing the block he was holding into a background tool. is this really not possible? ie have Walls of stone but a wood background for your house?

 

Bring up the item like you are going to place it, but right-click to put it in as a background.

Right click with the crafting tool. With wood planks, it makes a wood background. Also, does anyone know how to place just one block instead of 4?

Edit: Ah, didn't read the prev right click response...

 

the keybind for building backgrounds is right click with your background wanted item

 

Something it doesn't say in the journal is if you hold ctrl and move your cursor around you can look around. Then just tapping it again resets the camera

 

I know that X selects the L/R items and that Z swap them.

I still didn't figured out how to bring the basic crafting screen with a shortcut but most fo the stuff are on the buttons at the top right of the screen so I can keep playing.

 

Press 'C'. Though have in mind that pressing 'C' again to close it will just put 'c' in the searching box.
