Bug/Issue Can't Print/Craft Functional Furniture

I'm not sure if this is on purpose, but things like ovens, glitch anvils and furnaces, elevators and possible other furniture with functions simply aren't printable or craftable, and seeing they exist in the world, I have plenty of ideas on how to use them.
Will there be a tab for these objects in the future, or will they be added to the list, or do we need to steal them from planets every time we see them in case we'd like to use them?
And I know I could give the items to myself, but I really do loathe using admin commands, it just feels too much like cheating. Oh and stealing them from bases also makes me feel bad, it's why I love the whole new "scan it and print it" idea.
