Bug/Issue Cant play in native resolution

Hi,

I've been playing starbound for quite some time now but one thing that bugs me is that with my new computer (that i've had for almost a year now) I can't play in 1080p. I've posted about this back then too but the help i got (which was really good) ended up not helping. I tried waiting to see if it would solve it self at some point but since it hasn't i'll try posting here again.

My specs are:
RTX 2070 SUPER
Intel i7 9700
16 GB ram
Windows 10 Home edition

I can provide picture and video evidence if need be.
