Can't keep track of where I've been

Um, I can't post in the suggestions forum any more, why is that?

Well, I guess I'll have to post here instead but it is a suggestion.

We really need a way to keep track of planets we've been too. Marking them on the navigation screen automatically when we have:

A: Visited a system
B: Visited a planet

It would also be quite handy to be able to keep a ships log - to type in notes about each planet we've been to.

In the absence of such a system I'm having to run Starbound in a maximised window and an Excel spreadsheet on a second monitor to keep track of the systems and planets I go to.

Ship logs where you can save favorite destination would been awesome.

 

They have mentioned doing some sort of bookmark system and currently you can see what systems you have visited on the starmap (your travel route).

But currently thats all, personaly i plant a flag at beamdown of any world i go too.
