Server Help Can't join particular server

    Hello everyone,

    So i have this problem. I used to play on the server Galaxy Citizen (69.64.61.59:21025), everything was working smoothly. Then one time, I logged in with 4 characters at one time to play some good music, everything worked fine for like 4 hours. Then, out of nowhere all my characters got kicked, and from there on, everytime i try to log on, my Starbound freezes for about 15 seconds, and this message shows up "Join Failed! Error connecting to '69.64.61.59:21025' ". I asked the website chat for help, they asked the admin to reboot the server, it didn't help though. I can join other servers like Ilovebacons and boundstar, but not Galaxy Citizen.
    Is there a way to fix it?


    My PC specs:
    Windows 7 64bit
    CPU: Intel i5-4570 3.2Ghz (4 cores)
    VGA: NVIDIA Gforce GTX 660
    RAM: 8GB
    I'm not using a router.

    I tried theese things, but they didn't work:
    Deleting all mods
    Reinstalling starbound and making a new character
    Disabling firewall
