Bug/Issue Can't invite/join multiplayer

Just received a gift from my boyfriend, but i can't play with him.
1.
When i host a farm, there don't show the "Invite Friends" and "Show Invite Code" buttons.
2.
When i try to join, it stays stuck at the title screen.
3.
When he tries to join my farm at Hamachi(LAN), he gets stuck at the loading screen.
4.
There's no "Only Friends" and "Only Invited Players" options, there's "Online" and "Offline" only.

I alrealdy verified files integrity
PS2:
I alrealdy downloaded and installed Visual C++ 2013 x86 and x64
PS3:
I alrealdy have turned off the firewall and the antivirus, but it still don't show the buttons
PS4:
Alrealdy have run it as administrator
