Pc specs? Like...software? If it's that then I'm using Windows Vista.

I mean your hardware. Which cpu (processor), which video card and stuff like this. The most important info here is the type of your video card.

Sorry if I'm being kinda stupid. I just dont know much about computers. But I could handle starbound before 1.0. And I dont even know how to get to what your talking about.

The error states that you don't have OpenGL installed

OpenGL is a software, like DirectX, who's job is providing an easy way to draw stuff on your screen for any programmers who'd like to do that. Starbound uses it.

Normally, OpenGL should be installed with your graphics card's "driver" (another software, this one makes the link between windows and your graphics card).

You need to update your driver. It's easier to do it if you know what's the brand of your graphics card (NVidia ? AMD ? Intel ?). To know that you press the Windows key and r (that'll open the "run" thingy) then type devmgmt.msc and press enter

Then you unfold "display adapters", and tell us what's in there.

But I can tell you the next step. I'll google "how to install [card's brand] driver" and give you the link

This isn't completly right though ^^'

It's like directx: the video card must support it. Updating the driver might help but only if the card supports it.

Well, if it doesn't work we'll still be a step further and his driver will be up to date :')

Depends on which device it is. When it is a device that doesn't support opengl 2.0 at all even a driver update won't work ^-^

Try updating your driver for your ATI Radeon X1300 Pro. Maybe this fixes your problem. If it doesn't...well...then it's possible that your video card is simply too old and isn't supported. Your video card is definitly capable for OpenGL 2.0 but nothing higher.

It says its up to date. Is there a way to check what my video card is capible of?

Since ATI/AMD provide no specific details you'll have to use google to find pages that gives you the info needed (i checked wikipedia since it holds tables about the chip capability and stuff).
I don't know any system tools that display the current driver-supported opengl-version so for this you will have to use a third party tool (e.g. OpenGL Extensions Viewer) Always check third party tools with an AV software before executing!
