Hello, so after returning to the game I noticed that you cannot craft either steel or iron blocks, I know about the system ofwhere you can buy them with portalable market but that is Very expensive for what im trying to do. All wikis say they are craftable at a table so either a bug occured or they made these blocks uncraftable without telling us. Id rather goand mine a ton of Iiron than spend pixels that can be put towards portals.
Iron blocks, as far as i'm aware, can only be crafted at an Iron Anvil, and Steel Blocks require a Metalwork Station. If you just can't see them, try using the search bar in the respective crafting interface, if they aren't there at all, you either haven't unlocked them yet, or it's a bug.
I can craft rubium, I know for a fact that I can build it. It is neither at either anvil nore metalwork station. I can create multible characters and it still doesnt popup.
For iron blocks you need a iron anvil (not the upgrades, the plain old iron anvil). When it comes to steel blocks you cant make those using steel. Steel is instead used to make smooth metal blocks. Steel blocks can be made with pixels after you have used a "portable pixel printer" (Yea it should be the other way around, make steel blocks with steel and smooth metal with pixels, but it aint).
I just checked since I'm at my computer now and the anvil does not yield iron blocks, is there a possible fix to this? Also even after getting the portal pixel printer I still can't make steel blocks the normal way.
Not sure when it comes to iron blocks, but make sure your char have picked up iron ore and bars (aka, you havent just spawned in what you need with admins commands), there is a possibility that the recepies unlocks like the titanium ones do (getting titanium ore unlocks titanium recepies). Also did you use the portable pixel printer? (Having it in the inventory or holding it in your hand isent enof, you need to use it the same way you use a bandage or a stimpack by first equiping it.)
where/how do I get titanium? I have been mining for hours and cant find it anywhere regardless of depth. Maybe on a diferent planet? I've been mining on a forested planet. Can anyone offer some help?

This is how its supposed to be (see following two video's): (sorry for the video's rush job). If its different for you then its clearly not working as intendeed. Do you have any mods installed that might mess things up? What version of the game do you have? Etc.
