Server Help Can't Connect

So I was playing on Bacon's server today, and was exploring with someone. Then, my internet goes out, and I get disconnected. When I tried to reconnect it said 'Join Failed! Error connecting to ilovebacons.com:21025'. The IP I used didn't have the :21025 part in it, but it worked when before and now I just get that. Anyone know why this happened?

 

Maybe the server is down?

 

Maybe, but I don't know why it would randomly go down.

 

Heya i replied you on our thread, the server was starting but recovering files, what happens sometimes on the linux software and can take mad times (this one caused 15min downtime). If the downtime is extended you can check on our site IRC support page to poke one server admin.

Because servers can occasionally go down.

 

Oh ok, I was thinking maybe it was my internet or something.
