Bug/Issue Can't complete Sorting out some petricubs keeps quest.

I got this mission to kill some petricubs but after killing all of them it still says that i need to kill all of them and yes i have looked every where but the arrow only points to the ground. i think the spining fading animation with the petricubs glitchs so they are still seen as alive.

 

Seen this too, albeit with different mobs, and sometimes it stops tracking the NPCs in "deliver a note" quests (as in, I have the note, NPC name checks out, arrow points towards him, he simply refuses to take it). Guess sometimes SB scripting just goes "Pffffffpbtb". No real advice except abandoning the quest.
