Bug/Issue Can't complete quest.

    I have a quest that I need to talk to a guy to complete,but I can't click on him.He is also a shopkeeper and I can't buy stuff from him either.The blue question mark is above his head so I should be able to talk with him.This seems to be happening whenever I want to complete a quest issued by a shopkeeper

    I've had the same problem too. It's always the shopkeepers having these problems, the best thing to do is just to abandon the quest (If you can.)
