Bug/Issue Can't collect reward from Gunther

I have earned the first reward from Gunther but when I click on "Collect reward", the dialogue box disappears but nothing happens. When I speak to Gunther again the option to "collect reward" is still there.

EDIT: Sorry, forgot to add. Running Mac El Capitan - Version 10.11.3

Edit: I should probably add that I haven't gotten the first reward. I can't even collect the first reward.

 

Same for me! I'm using a Macbook, running OSX: El Capitan 10.11.5

I earned Gunther's first reward and when I click "collect rewards," the dialogue box with rewards I can receive never pops up. The game is still playable though, you just can't get your stuff.

 

Just adding another voice! I've been having the same issue on the same OS! I'm loving the game so far though!

Edit: As of 8/26/16, it has been fixed.

 

I got this too, with a second year save from windows. I got a new reward and wasn't able to collect it.
Running on mac 10.11.5.

 

I was able to collect the reward if I had another item to donate - As long as I had the donate to the museum option available, I was able to collect the reward (Hope this helps!)

 

Running on Arch and have the same issue. I'll update when I get another item to turn in.

Same here! Running El Capitan 10.11.4, and I have two rewards that I can't claim.
